Resolution GB Limited has provided our institution with a service rarely supplied in current times. All members of staff with whom I have had contact since 2006 have been exceptionally helpful allowing us to maintain non stop research and teaching support.   We currently have a DesignJet purchased from Resolution GB on which we print our research posters and a great value service contract. They have serviced other printers of ours also using excellent engineers and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other departments.   I would not dream of contacting any other company to repair and service our machines.

I am very happy with the service.  I have found the HP Designjet 510 such a joy to use. Easy and straight forward too. And the quality of the output is remarkable!

How refreshing (and unfortunately rare!) to find a company who has a positive approach to customers ...the phone was answered promptly, the promised quote was received within minutes and the engineer was actually early – it doesn’t get much better than that!

The engineer turned up, and diagnosed and fixed the problem before I had even made him a cup of coffee, he then replaced the parts and serviced the printer which took him the best part of an hour so you know he did a great job, he was funny friendly and professional and I look forward to another printer breaking again soon, purely so we can phone him out. We didn't have a service contract on our DesignJet 5500 and HP wanted a lot of money for a call out. The printer decided to stop feeding paper in correctly. We found Resolution via Google and tried them.  Staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and an engineer came out really quickly.  

Our printer is now fully operational at a fraction of the cost we thought it would take and we'd be very happy to recommend them and use them again! Thanks very much!

After struggling to get our beleaguered old plotter fixed with another company for weeks and weeks, your team managed to quote, supply parts and send an engineer to fix the problem in a matter of days. The engineer himself also got the job done very quickly on site.
