Print and Plot are the premier rental experts for HP Designjet large format printers. We supply both trade and end users. We provide fast delivery, low cost rental and flexible payment options. Training and installation is optional. All of our rental machines are fully serviced prior to delivery and supplied with free hardware support during the rental period, discount ink and paper and on-going telephone assistance.

Rental FAQ
Are consumables supplied with the machine?
We can supply the machine with or without consumables at your preference.
Can we source our own inks?
Yes, we are happy for you to use your own inks or another supplier. However, we do insist that any inks installed are genuine HP, not refilled or third party inks.
How are the consumables billed?
New consumables supplied will be billed at our standard rate less 5% discount for rental customers. For customers wishing to pay on a percentage use basis, ink will be billed per ml of ink consumed. No additional charge is made for print head use. Rates vary according to model of Designjet printer rented so please ask us for pricing. Any paper supplied will be billed at our standard published prices less 5% discount.
What if the machine develops a fault?
We will repair or replace the equipment free of charge, however please note that software incompatibility issues are not covered.
Is training provided?
If required we can provide onsite training on the Designjet printer, this is provided as standard if an installation is booked; this is a biliable service, so please ask for a quotation. The training will cover operation of the Designjet; it will not cover training on any design software you are operating.
Will you setup and install the machine?
If required we can provide onsite setup, this is a billable service, so please ask for a quotation. Equipment can be pre-configured for your network prior to shipping free of charge if requested.
Who is responsible for returning the machine?
Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, if you choose to collect/deliver the Designjet via your own carrier you should ensure adequate insurance has been put in place as goods in transit are then your responsibility.
Is there a limit on use or any penalty charges for page count?
No
